WHEN GOD REVEALS HIS WILL

Sermon 3: Discovering God’s Will
Text: Ephesians 3:1-11
Theme: God delivers His will in His perfect timing.
This is what we have learned about the will of God so far in our 
series of messages
Initially God’s will is the same for everyone in the world: to be 
saved and to glorify God
We then learned that God’s will was to establish the Church to 
evangelize the world and edify each other – Still the same for 
all Christians
 The reason I want to being this messge out today is because it 
is often believed that in some way God’s will for our lives is 
mysterious. We need to FIND the will of God. POINT – GOD 
REVEALS HIS WILL
A biblical mystery is a truth that God had hidden, but wasn’t known 
to be hidden and was about to be revealed or in the process is 
being revealed
As I read Ephesians 3 look for the key evidences of what God’s will 
is about in this mystery that had been hidden
Other key passages include: Eph 1:8, 9; 1 Cor 2:7-8; Eph 2:13-18; 
6:19; Rom 11:25-33
