God’s will for everyone in the world
God’s will begins the same for everyone: to be saved and to 
glorify Him
God’s will for everyone in the Church
The Church is the body – Christ the head (Eph 1:22, 23)
The Church is the building – Christ the foundation (Eph 2:19-22)
The Church is the bride – Christ the groom (Eph 5:23, 33)
I. Why God gave you… me (Eph 4:11, 12)
Perfecting – not perfect, but fix to equip
Think of your responsibilities this way – Sharing & Caring
Sharing the Gospel with your community. Caring through 
love for each other (Church)
II. Why God gave you… each other (Eph 4:13-16)
Perfect – not perfect, but growing
This passage is about growth… the Church is to help you 
grow… not to become perfect, but growing
