Text: 1 Corinthians 3:1-9
Theme: God receives the glory as the Church works together.
1 Cor 4:1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, 
and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2 Moreover it is required in 
stewards, that a man be found faithful.
I. Your focus is to be on God, not man (vv. 1-7)

You must remember your place in the ministry
II. God’s focus is not on individuals, but a team (vv. 8, 9)
Paul’s acknowledgment of his need for others: Phil 2:25; 4:3; 
Col 1:7; 4:7. There are many other references found in 
Philemon, in Romans 16 and a number of other passages
The ministries that came to our mission conference are built upon 
partnership with no one needing to receive the credit – each 
needing the other
Paul put an incredible emphasis on prayer (2 Cor 1:11; Phile 1:22)
