Text: John 15:1-11
Theme: The abiding Christian enjoys not only the peace of mind that they are saved, but a peace from God which passeth all understanding.
Many doubt their salvation because they lack peace
There are things that challenge our peace
Often it isn’t that we don’t have a relationship, but we are lacking abiding fellowship

11 These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

What does this abiding include?
To abide in Christ is to allow God’s Word to fill our minds, influence our will and change our appetites and actions
Why is it that Christians so desperately want answers to prayer without wanting total obedience and relationship?
