Luke 24

He is risen!  He is risen, indeed!

In Luke 24 it records the longest conversation that Christ had following His resurrection, but before that they find an empty tomb (Luke 24:1-7)

Some of you may be like the disciples on the road to Emmaus…  You have heard, but don’t believe

Because of their unbelief their hearts were filled with sadness (Luke 24:15-17)

Others that didn’t recognize Christ (John 20:14, 15, 19, 20, 26)

The disciples were mixed with unbelief (Luke 24:21-27)

Are you filled with unbelief as well?  Are you filled with confusion because you have refused to simply trust what the Bible says?

Their eyes were not opened until their heart was open to the truth (Luke 24:31, 32)

The theology is deep, but the truth is simple…

1 Cor 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
